With Minivan Express Transportation, we can deliver to European countries within 36–48 hours. Therefore, when your products are urgent, this mode of transport becomes a priority solution for you. For example, partial load deliveries by truck via road transport to Germany take around 7–8 days. However, this transportation method is attractive to customers as it reduces the delivery time to one-third.
International intermodal transportation is a mode of transport completed using at least two different types of transportation. We offer our customers the most suitable and environmentally friendly solution with reduced logistics costs and the shortest possible transit times.
The most common types of intermodal transportation used are as follows:
The choice of transportation method is determined by factors such as the cargo's destination, urgency, weather conditions, and economic considerations.
In international logistics, the road transportation distance between TR-Istanbul and DE-Hamburg is approximately 2,500 km. However, with intermodal transportation, only 150 km is traveled by road. As a result, fossil fuel consumption is reduced, leading to a significant decrease in carbon emissions.

Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication
SWIFT, short for Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, is a system that provides a standardized method for electronic funds transfers between banks around the world. This system identifies each bank through a unique code known as the BIC (Bank Identifier Code). The SWIFT system was established in 1973 and became operational in 1977.
SWIFT is an 8 or 11-character code that identifies a bank. SWIFT codes are standardized across the global banking system.
In international money transfers, saying 'Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Ziraat Bankası' may not be enough, but when 'TCZBTR2A' is mentioned, it will be understood that the money is being sent to an account at Turkey's Ziraat Bank.
Bank Identifier Codes
BIC numbers are assigned based on the bank's name and the city where it is located. Each financial institution can have one or more BIC codes depending on its headquarters and branches, as well as the services it provides. The codes and messages entered by operators via computers are transmitted to the receiving bank through a special network.
The TIR Carnet is a customs transit document that facilitates international road transport and, consequently, international trade.
Goods are transported under a procedure from the customs authority at the point of departure to the customs authority at the destination, under the protection of the TIR Carnet. This procedure is referred to as 'TIR transport' under the TIR Convention.
"Each TIR Carnet has a different reference number. It is categorized into types based on the number of pages it contains, such as 4, 6, 14, and 20 pages. The number of pages in the carnet is printed differently, taking into account the number of customs authorities to be passed through at the point of departure, destination, and/or transit countries. Therefore, when a TIR Carnet is issued, the number of customs authorities at the departure, transit, and destination points must be considered. For example, a 6-page TIR Carnet can be used between 6 customs authorities.
The TIR Carnet is issued for a single TIR transport. The goods are presented along with the TIR Carnet to the departure, transit, and destination customs authorities. The TIR Carnet is approved by the relevant customs authority in accordance with the procedures. After this process, the TIR Carnet is returned to the chamber where the TIR operations are conducted, to be forwarded to the guaranteeing organization.
CMR ( Convention Marchandises Routiers )
The CMR (Convention Marchandises Routiers) agreement is an international road transport document used by countries that accept the provisions of the CMR convention. It indicates that the transport is being carried out according to the CMR rules. It is issued on behalf of the recipient by the freight forwarder or transportation company. It serves as legal evidence that the goods have been received in good condition for transport under the specified conditions and that a transportation contract has been made. It does not represent ownership of the goods. It is prepared in three original copies: the first is given to the consignor, the second accompanies the goods, and the third remains with the carrier.
