Below, information is presented under headings regarding how your personal data is processed by YÜKSEL NAKLİYAT OTOMOTİV TURİZM SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ (“Yüksel Nakliyat”).

Your personal data may be processed by Yüksel Nakliyat within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”). Under the Law, Yüksel Nakliyat is considered the data controller.
b) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data are processed in compliance with the conditions listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law regarding the processing of personal data.
The purposes of processing your personal data, without limitation, include: ensuring the legal and commercial security of Yüksel Nakliyat or Yüksel Nakliyat’s business partners, continuing Yüksel Nakliyat’s commercial activities, and managing Yüksel Nakliyat’s human resources and employment policies.
All necessary technical and administrative measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing of your personal data and unlawful access to your data, and to securely maintain your personal data.
c) Sharing of Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with Yüksel Nakliyat’s shareholders, business partners, suppliers, external service providers, and legally authorized public institutions and organizations, in accordance with the conditions set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
The purposes of sharing your personal data, without limitation, include: ensuring the legal and commercial security of Yüksel Nakliyat or Yüksel Nakliyat’s business partners, continuing Yüksel Nakliyat’s commercial activities, and managing Yüksel Nakliyat’s human resources processes and employment policies.
Necessary security measures are taken when your personal data are shared.
d) Methods and Legal Grounds of Collecting Your Personal Data
To conduct its activities, Yüksel Nakliyat collects your personal data through various channels such as surveys, websites, Yüksel Nakliyat representatives, and processes the data in compliance with the conditions listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for different legal grounds.
e) Your Rights Under the Law Regarding Your Personal Data
Under the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data have been transferred,
- To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
- To request notification of the transactions carried out pursuant to Articles 5 and 6 to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To claim compensation for damages in case your personal data is processed unlawfully.
You can apply to Yüksel Nakliyat in writing to exercise the above rights and send your application to the address below. If new application methods are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, these methods will be announced by Yüksel Nakliyat.
Applications will be finalized as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. Currently, these applications are free of charge; however, if the Personal Data Protection Board sets a fee tariff, charges may apply accordingly.

To exercise your rights explained above, you may send the Application Form containing your necessary identification information, the right you wish to exercise, and a detailed explanation of your request, by registered mail with return receipt to the address indicated on the Application Form available at the link below.
