UND Bolu Working Group meeting was held on April 10, 2025, at the UND Bolu Representative Office.

The Bolu Working Group Meeting was attended by Kaan Tanyeri, Fleet Solutions Europe Corporate Sales Manager at Shell, a solution partner of UND. He provided information during the meeting. Shell and the International Transporters Association (UND) have signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement, and it was shared that UND members will benefit from the innovative and reliable services offered by Shell Card, along with special privileges exclusive to UND. As part of this collaboration, in addition to discount opportunities on fuel purchases at Shell fuel stations in various countries, Shell will provide UND members with solutions focused on trust, quality, and efficiency, thereby adding value to the transportation sector.

Information was provided on the European Motorway and Road Toll Electronic Charging System, obtaining tax refunds on expenses made abroad, roadside assistance and repair services, and UTTS (National Vehicle Recognition System).

During the meeting, topics such as UND’s work and activities, transit permits, visa applications, Romania data transmission obligations, the National Vehicle Recognition System (UTTS), digitalization of UBAK permit documents, ICS-2 declaration, Phase-5, UBAK permit summary notifications, and others were discussed.
